- unique Customer ID (found on the Invoice Statement or Proposal)
- billing zip code.
Once the account is set up, customers can access it using their email address and password used in the set up process. From there they can change their user name and password in their Settings if desired.
From their account customers can look at
- pending proposals
- pay their bill
- even send a message directly to the staff.
